To make 10 mL from home made LD:

• 6 mL orange G (Fisher AAJ60562AC)
• 1 mL home made LD with bromophenol blue and xylene cyanacol
• 6 uL SYBR safe
• 1 mL glycerol
• 0.1 mL 1 M Tris pH 7.6
• water to 10 mL
