Strain RP437 - wildtype for chemotaxis

At least 2 days before lab:

Streak all chemotaxis strains on LB agar.

Night before lab

Pick a single colony from the RP437 plate, inoculate into ~5 mL minimal medium + HMLTT; shake at 30C

Morning of lab

Inoculate ~200µL into ~45 mL minimal medium + HMLTT

At class time, OD should be ~0.02

Don't let them reach stationary phase!
