Fixed and mounted coverslips of LLCPk cells, stained with DAPI and anti-tubulin

Cells won't adhere to the coverslip without serum, so grow them first for 24 hours in regular medium.

Remove the medium, replace with serum-free medium

Fix the coverslips 24 hours later.
