Solubility:

• 50 mg/mL in 1M NaOH
• 16 mg/mL in alcohol
• 1 mg/mL in RT water
• 10 mg/mL in boiling water

In order to get the following doses, best to make it in hot fish water; otherwise, the NaOH or EtOH will be too concentrated in the final dilution.

• dose 1: 0.5 mM

• dose 2: 1.0mM

Solution is good for ~ 1 day.

Make a 1 mM stock in 1M NaOH. Takes a long time. Vortex.
