you'll need: mL water
add: g K2HPO4
add: g KH2PO4
add: g peptone (Difco Bacto Peptone, not proteose)
add: g agar
autoclave for: minutes

If required, add IPTG 0.5mM (0.5 mL 1M per L medium) to 1 mM (1 mL 1M per L medium),

and ampicillin
